Job Overview: Fill material demands of internal and external customers. Accurately perform and transact inventory movements using a computerized inventory control system following FIFO practices. Electronically collect lot or serial data for inventory transactions. Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System.

What you will do:

• Perform domestic and international shipping activities.
• Package and stock finished goods items.
• Interface with Customer Service, Technical Service and delivery personnel.
• Fill and transact work orders, purchase orders and sales orders.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Replenish flow line materials and receive completed devices.
• Transact inventory movements using inventory control system.
• Fill independent demands for material requisitions.
• Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, team player.
• Knowledge of warehouse activities.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse activities.
• Electric pallet lift certification.
• ERP/Microsoft AX.
• Multi courier shipping system data entry and reporting experience.
• International shipping documentation experience.
• Medical device experience.
• Lot/serial control experience.
• Experience with lean methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/sit and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Regular lifting and twisting of torso with packages of up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional lifting of up to 90 pounds.
• Occasional climbing of ladders.
• Occasional exposure to dust/particulates.
